My approach is natural, journalistic, and discreet—often called reportage wedding photography. You’ll barely notice me during the day as I blend into the background, allowing you to stay fully present. 95% of the day is spent documenting real, meaningful moments between you and your loved ones, while the other 5% is reserved for posed portraits. This balance ensures you’ll have timeless images that tell the full story of your day, without feeling over-directed or staged.* I primarily use natural light to create warm, beautiful images, but I’ll bring flash as needed for receptions to maintain the atmosphere.

Spending time together helps me get to know your style as a couple, and it’s an opportunity for you to share what you love most about photos, so I can bring that into your wedding day gallery. We’ll spend about two hours together, capturing moments in a place you love or doing something meaningful to you. Whether it’s a walk through your favorite park, cooking at home, or exploring a spot that tells your story, the possibilities are endless. I’ll guide you into natural, loosely posed moments that feel like you. To help you feel confident, I’ll also send you a style guide with tips for choosing outfits for more formal or loosely formal portraits—it’s all about making sure you feel comfortable and ready to shine.
